This half term we have been exploring holidays and vehicles. We set up our role play beach cafe, where we have been spending money, finding totals and giving change!

We also designed vehicles, and made clocks to help us tell the time so we aren’t late for our adventures!

 

 

Our new outdoor area was completed, and we have had fun making obstacle courses, exploring nature and playing games outside. In science, we have investigated floating and sinking, recording our ideas in charts and saying whether our predictions were correct.

 

 

 

 

 

We have been perfecting our handwriting and improving our sentences by being ‘word detectives’ and used stories and dictionaries to find adventurous and interesting words.

 

 

 

We’re ending our term with a visit to Whitburn beach for a ‘Beach School’ session, we can’t wait!
