Jewellery

Children are allowed to wear plain, flat earring studs in pierced ears (no jewelled earrings). We ask the children to either remove these during PE and games or cover them with a plaster to prevent them from causing injury. On health and safety grounds we do not allow children to wear any other jewellery in our school.

Hair

The school does not permit children to have ‘extreme’ haircuts as they could serve as a distraction to other children and are not in keeping with the ethos of the school. This includes patterns shaved into the hair. The definition of an extreme haircut is at the discretion of the headteacher.

Make Up and Cosmetics

No make up or nail varnish is to be worn in school.

For more information please see our ‘School Uniform Policy‘.

All clothing and footwear should be clearly labelled with your child’s name.
